How to Create a Mindful Home and Raise Peaceful Kids
Are you ready for a peaceful, more mindful home?
Join Kathy Walsh, a master meditator, avid reader and author of mindfulness books for kids and parents, as she walks parents through the process of creating a mindful home.
Featuring four weeks of video lessons and worksheets, this course will set you up to parent from a place of peace and love.
Worksheets include:
- Intentions for your home
- Letter to your child
- Gratitude journal
- Plus, weekly checklists!
Parents will have the tools to incorporate into their daily routine for many years to come. They will learn that parenting mindfully begins with them.
Children learn by observing what their parents are doing. By integrating mindfulness, meditation and movement into their parenting styles, parents will be prepared to be an example of living in gratitude, positive thinking and loving what is.
Parents will learn the value of connecting children to a vibration of peace.
Why peace?
Because peace is where your life soars.
Connecting with peace puts the child in harmony with life. When children connect with peace, they live a life of joy, because that is what they attract.
They are able to go to that place of peace inside, no matter what is happening on the outside, and ultimately, peace is where the power lies. They are in control when they are at peace.
External influences don’t bother them. When children connect with peace, they are able to listen to their own inner voice and intuition.
Intuition guides the children to do what is best for them, which brings them to a vibration of peace. This vibration of peace attracts more good things and takes the child round and round in a circle of joy.
SPECIAL BONUS!
Included with this course is a digital copy of Kathy's book, "30 Days to a Mindful Home," which includes thirty days of reflections and activities to do with and for your children.
